Charming Gîte “Le Cocon” with Shared Pool, Terrace & Wi-Fi in Civrac de Blaye
Nestled in the heart of the Côtes de Bourg and Côtes de Blaye vineyards, this charming eco-gîte, set in an 18th-century former wine cellar, welcomes you to a peaceful and authentic setting. Adjoining two other gîtes but fully private, it features a pleasant enclosed garden with a terrace—perfect for enjoying sunny days in total privacy.
Inside, a bright living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a friendly dining space, and a cozy lounge. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom (queen-size bed) with its own small bathroom offers a comfortable retreat. On the ground floor, you’ll find a separate toilet and a laundry area.
For relaxation, enjoy the estate’s secure pool (open May to September, 10:30 am–8 pm), reserved exclusively for gîte guests. Shared leisure areas include a pétanque court, badminton, and a ping-pong table. To enhance your stay, a professional therapist offers massages on site by reservation.
The gîte has central pellet heating, air conditioning on the mezzanine, free fiber Wi-Fi, and bed linen and towels provided. Covered parking can be arranged. Final cleaning is available for an extra charge, and a tourist tax applies.
