"It was great, except having a shower. It took forever to get hot water and when someone would run water or flush a toilet, the water became scalding hot in the shower. Breakfast was great!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - it felt like a little haven of luxury in the busy Roman streets. If we needed anything in the room, room service were quick to arrive with the items. We also had a free late check out. Breakfast was very good each morning. Personally we didn’t enjoy the evening meal at the Gatsby restaurant - it was too over the top when all we wanted was pasta and pizza. At 90 euros for 2 drinks and 2 main courses we avoided it for the remainder of our trip. The hotel however is surrounded by amazing restaurants only a few minutes walk. Would stay again. "

It was wonderful food snd we are so glad we included breakfast with our stay…relaxing and convenient. We stayed a week, location grand and we loved the hotel decor. "The hotel was Ok. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had we paid for 3 people - 2 adults and one child. when we were checking in at the hotel. We were told our reservation is only for two people and we have to pay extra. Will open dispute via credit card as we got no support from the hotel or expedia"

"The breakfast is repetitive; one must make a reservation for it given the extremely limited space and the hotel's capacity. There is only one machine for lattes, espressos, etc., which results in lines to get a drink. The rooms lack soundproofing, and you can hear every conversation and shout from inconsiderate tenants; my room had a broken shower hose."

"Noisy! Request a room that faces the interior of the hotel, otherwise you'll hear vehicles go by all night long. Additionally, request a room at the top floor or you'll hear conversations, etc. The walls are paper thin. No black out curtains. Staff is extremely accomodating and friendly."

"Large rooms, clean, modern hotel that has all the amenities you could possibly want. In Rome it’s hard to find hotels that have gym, AC, free snacks, amazing staff, wine vending machine, rooftop terrace and fantastic restaurant. The bonus - it’s also in the heart of most major attractions: 10-15 min walk to Trevi fountain, Colosseum, Spanish steps, etc . We even took their cooking class which was fun for all ages. "
