Very nice hotel, very close to the beach. All the comfort you need. All rooms are on the first floor and they have some apartments on the side of the building. Nice breakfast with not only the typical Italian sweet stuff. There's also ham, cheese, egg,... Staff is super friendly. During my business trips to Civitanova I mostly stay at Dimorae.

Nice hotel and helpfull staff, but plauged by noise from permanent residents on upper floor. Apparantly an ongoing problem, because we got another, slightly less noisy, room immediately when mentioning this to reception.

Ruim appartement met alle privacy.

Ik sliep in een van de nieuwe appartementen die Dimorae recent heeft toegevoegd aan de zijkant van het hotel via een aparte ingang. De ruimte bevat een keuken met tafel, stoelen, een divan en een tv. Het slaapgedeelte bevat ook een tv. De badkamer heeft een douche en een lavabo en is ruim genoeg. De kamer is wel niet helemaal lichtdicht en 's morgens klinkt er al vroeg lawaai van op de straat naast het appartement. Ontbijten kan tegen een kleine meerprijs in de ontbijtruimte van het hotel om de hoek.

OTTIMA STRUTTURA SITUATA FRONE MARE E A DUE PASSI DAL CENTRO STORICO. PERSONALE CORDIALE E PROFESSIONALE. CAMERA GRANDE, OTTIME LE PULIZIE, LA COLAZIONE ED ANCHE LA POSSIBILITA' DI FARE MERENDA, USUFRUENDO DI QUANTO MESSO A DISPOSIZIONE NEGLI ANGOLI RELAX

Aspettative disilluse! Arrivati in struttura scopriamo che gli animali sono ammessi ma se non superano i 10kg, soltanto uno e con un supplemento di 15,00 euro al giorno. Di domenica la colazione viene servita dopo le 8,00! Non ci torneremo!

A Civitanova Marche, sopratutto se siete una famiglia, non c’è niente di meglio che alloggiare al al DIMORAE. La Suite è ENORME e le attenzioni che vengono prestate sono favolose. Esempio: ho voglia di un caffè? Esiste un apposito corner dove posso in autonomia prepararmi una bell’espresso Lavazza, gustandolo insieme ad una fetta di torta. Ho un morso di fame? Trovo delle bellissime mele in corridoio. Sono attenzioni da 5 Stelle S, mai viste in un 4 Stelle. Ancora un sentito grazie al personale della struttura.
