Cute 4 bed 2 bath cottage, short walk to shared road end dock.

"This is a beautiful cottage only a short walk to the lake. Higgins is a large recreational lake with 2 state parks and many launches. Kudos to the host for the tasteful, yet adorable lake decor. The house has JUST about everything you need, plenty of indoor and outdoor space. (Although having to bring our own towels was a quite inconvenience for us as we were traveling by air from out of state.) It's Ccose to dining options, Nibbles ice cream, and cute boutiques. The beds and bedding are so cozy and comfortable. Great outdoor spaces. Note: cottage is NOT for those who can't do stairs. Otherwise highly recommended!"
