"Bad experience trying to cancel my las night after 3 nights of staying due to my daughter getting injured skiing, but they didn’t even try to refund at least a part of the last night. I ask them in one night of advance. Had to leave the hotel and get her checked next day in the morning, so I think they are all about the money. "

"Not a family friendly hotel. Let’s be clear, this is a very nice hotel, but not a place to go with your children. One of the best features of the hotel is its pool: it has a wonderful view on the mountains, it is “inside/outside,” heated and has a shallow kids pool section, it has a bar, and a wonderful sauna. "Abbiamo soggiornato per 12 giorni in questo Hotel. Camera comoda e spaziosa con bellissima vista sulle montagne. Colazione con ampia scelta salata e dolce. Merenda ottima ogni pomeriggio. Servizio eccellente, tutto il personale a partire dalla Reception gentile e disponibile, ; un ringraziamento particolare a Daniela, veramente carinissima e professionale! Ottima struttura con tantissimi servizi e molti consigli sulle attività da fare. "

"Beautiful surroundings, a nice swimming pool and a well equipped kitchenette. The bedroom is meagerly designed as narrow space and is totally uncomfortable if you are a big person. The stuff is not very helpful, the facilities are really basic - no proper bar or lobby - and the hotel regards guests as a cash machine"
