  • This private villa is located at Cala Blanca and has three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The typical minorcan stone wall surrounding the plot give privacy to your stay. Its garden, carefully maintained, together with its large private pool, makes your stay an absolute pleasure. It has everything needed to have a great time and live in comfort. The property is located just 2 miles from the historic town of Ciutadella with its Cathedral, narrow streets and pictorial harbour, plus other attractions. The villa is ideal for families and/or friends and can accommodate up to seven persons ( 6 adults + small children). This home will provide enjoyment and make your holidays unforgettable. Minorca has some wonderful beaches and some of the best are found south of Ciutadella such as Son Saura, Macarelleta, Cala Mitjana or Cala Tuqueta, to name but a few.

Fabulous stay

Richard was excellent at communicating, villa and pool superb, (very clean) well located for local supermarkets and restaurants. We found a great beach bar - Hola Ola about 20 mins walk. Bus stop for Ciutadella very close (2mins walk) Ciutadella is a beautiful city, went to Roma A very good restaurant. Would very much recommend this villa.

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Pool, gute Lage, Supermarkt und Restaurant in der Nähe. Eine sehr schöne Badebucht ist fußläufig erreichbar. In die Stadt ist es dann schon ein größerer Spaziergang, aber lohnenswert.

Lovely clean villa. Communication with Richard excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Just missed having any English channels on the TV to entertain us. Beds comfortable and a very well equipped kitchen. Would certainly come here again.

Preciosa casita en un lugar tranquilo

La casa es tal y como aparece en las fotos. La piscina y el jardín están muy bien cuidados y la atención y comunicación con Richard excelente. La zona es muy tranquila y está a cinco minutos andando de dos calas y de la zona de restaurantes y terrazas. Muy recomendable.

Hemos estado 5 días alojados,con nuestra hija de 8 años. La casa está en un residencial muy tranquilo y con todos los servicios necesarios cerca. La casa es tal cual sale en las fotos. La piscina una maravilla,vinieron a limpiarla y comprobar niveles a lo largo de nuestra estancia. La comunicación con Richard muy buena, ha estado muy atento en todo momento a nuestras necesidades.

The villa you will find is as described. It has pretty much everything you expect or need. The local area is primarily for the tourist and although we had a car we preferred using the bus service which is very good.

Wonderful relaxing stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Julia. The area is quiet and relaxing. It’s situated on a small side road that wasn’t very busy. Just a few motorcycles. Communication with Richard was great. We had some issues with WiFi and he was easily contactable and was able to sort it during our stay there. We were situated between two beaches. Santandria was our favourite as it was less busy, very shallow and just perfect for our toddler. The pool was also lovely. Just be aware that the shallow end section is quite short. This wasn’t a major issue for us, as our little girl only went in it a few times. We brought a paddling pool her to cool off in instead and placed it away from the pool near the patio and shade. We and our daughter thoroughly enjoyed the hammock too. For those with small children, there is a small park close by too. The sunsets our beautiful in this area and a must to go and see. Definitely recommend this area if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday and we would totally consider returning. Thank you Richard for a lovely stay.

Family holiday in May

We had a lovely stay in May half term. The weather was perfect and the kids loved the swimming pool and hammock. The villa was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. Richard was so helpful and always available to answer any questions. The location is great there is plenty you can walk to or get a bus if you didn't have a hire car.
