Villa Vera is delightful 3 bedroom property with a fabulous location less than 20 minutes' walk from Calan Bosch marina, with its choice of restaurants and bars. The private pool and sun deck, separate BBQ area and sunny conservatory ensure there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy, while the bright and airy interiors create a wonderful home from home. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Vera is a detached property located less than a mile away from the marina of Calan Bosch. The marina is the hub of the resort with most of the bars and restaurants being located around this picturesque area. The sandy Calan Bosch beach is just the other side of the marina, and the resort also has a waterpark and go-kart track (open in high season only). The islands old ancient capital, Ciutadella, is also a 20 minute drive away. Our villas Dion, Rita and Janis are in the same lane.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
