The independent kitchen, with a vitroceramic hob, is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



The villa has three double bedrooms with air conditioning: one with a double bed and two with single beds. It has two bathrooms, one renovated with a bathtub and another with a shower without renovation, offering functionality and comfort for all guests.



Outside, the property has a private pool surrounded by trees and spacious landscaped areas, which provide privacy and freshness. The pool area has 6 sun loungers with umbrellas. In addition, the villa offers a spacious covered terrace with a table and chairs and a built-in barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals and the pleasant Mediterranean climate.
