We booked the villa for 4 nights Tue-Sat. We could see there was noone in the villa for days prior as it was still available to book. We requested to be let in the villa early or even leave are bags but we're told no 4pm, which was a shame and we would have also paid for early check in if offered. When we got to the villa at 4pm it was evident no one had even been to check the villa for days as there was bird poo all around the pool and in the pool on the step. I called and asked for cleaning someone did not come until Thursday am and then only cleaned the pool not the surrounding area. The villa is listed as having air con but this was only in bedrooms and a washing machine which there was not. The villa it's self was clean, as was the bedding, towels and pool towels. It was close to the beach, bars, supermarket etc. Communication with the company was good but someone should have checked and cleaned the pool and surrounding area before we arrived at 4pm
