Villa ubicada en un sitio excepcional, en primera línea de mar, frente a la bahía del puerto de Ciutadella, en una zona residencial muy tranquila, con un paseo marítimo por el que pasear al atardecer.
La villa está totalmente equipada y dispone de piscina privada y barbacoa. Tiene a 200 metros la playa de Cala'n Blanes y a 300 metros la playa de Sa Farola.
Está a 5 minutos en coche del pueblo de Ciutadella y de la zona de bares y restaurantes del puerto de Ciutadella.
