Apartamentos LAS GOLONDRINAS - TRAMUNTANA

House by the sea in a small family development with private access in Cap d'Artrutx, Ciutadella.
With 4,500m2 of gardens and green areas, as well as a large swimming pool, in a residential environment of great tranquility and relaxation.
The house has been completely renovated with a pleasant design and all the necessary services. It has a large garden in front of the house, and an outdoor terrace furnished with sun loungers.
Composed of a room with a double bed, and another room with 2 single beds. In addition to a sofa bed in the living room with capacity for 1 person.
It also has an optional cot in the double room. The house is delivered with a set of sheets per bed, and a set of towels per person. If you want a change of sheets and towels, contact us.
In the kitchen you will find the necessary kitchenware and utensils for cooking, as well as a large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, and small appliances such as a juicer, toaster, water heater, iron and board for your clothes, etc.
The house has air conditioning and heating, and is very quiet and intimate because it is far from the rest of the neighbors, as well as safe, since access to the urbanization is private with a key or security code.
At the two entrances of the urbanization you will find enough public parking for your vehicle.
The house has high-speed Wi-Fi with its own router not shared with third parties, with a signal throughout the house and outdoors.

Menorca

The apartment we got was not what was shown. The pool which as described was large was shut as it was having a rebuild. The pictures and pool was why we booked it. The alternative offered was poor in comparison. No kettle which is a basic.
