We missed aircon and seaview
The House is located in wonderful cala morell and near charming Ciutadella.
We missed the seaview that didn’t show from the House as the pictures in the add showed. Dissapointing.
We also needed aircon but that wasn’t avaible in the House.
Al in al we found the House geat but far to ekspensive without seaview.

Posizione splendida, molto tranquilla e panoramica, a 15 min da Ciutadella .
La casa si trova in una buona posizione, ma avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione.
all’arrivo non abbiamo incontrato nessuno per la consegna della casa. La Pulizia trovata era scarsa. Gli accessori cucina incompleti e non bilanciati. Sfortunatamente abbiamo avuto qualche giorno di pioggia e le finestre non chiudevano ermeticamente, entrava acqua, non poca, sia nella stanza che nel bagno; anche dalla porta cucina abbiamo dovuto più volte asciugare. Uno dei due bagni perdeva sotto il lavandino. Qualche lampadina bruciata. Abbiamo telefonato per lamentate del disagio. Sono venuti a fare delle pulizie, ma per il resto
In 10 giorni non abbiamo mai visto nessuno.
