Charming Vacation Home "Villa Goyo" near the Sea with A/C, Wi-Fi, Terrace & Garden

In the port town of Cap d'Artutx on the southwestern tip of Menorca, the charming vacation home "Villa Goyo" awaits you with mediterranean flair. The 75m² vacation home is elegantly furnished and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV and a washing machine, while a baby crib and a highchair are available upon request. In the private outdoor area, a covered terrace with sitting area, a brick barbecue and a lovingly landscaped garden with shady trees await you. Just a 6-minute walk (500m) from the accommodation is the town's landmark, the black and white lighthouse built in 1859. There are also three restaurants in the immediate vicinity, within 2-3 minutes walking distance. A number of other restaurants and cafes are located around the harbor, which is about 1km away and can be reached in 12 minutes on foot. The nearest beach, Platja de Son Xoriguer, is 1.4km from the accommodation. A supermarket can be reached in 3 minutes (240m) on foot. The island's airport is 55km away and can be reached by car in about 50 minutes.

Volveria sin dudarlo

Pros: La casa es tal y como en las fotos, moderna, con muy buena luz, tiene mucho espacio en el jardín. Ideal para pasar unas vacaciones allí. La propietaria nos dejó entrar antes de la hora prevista y salir más tarde de lo indicado ya que no tenía que venir nadie. Lo repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

Schönes Haus mit schrecklich schlechtem Bett

Sauber, Insekten Bekämpfung klappt, netter Kontakt, einfache Schlüsselübergabe, leistungsfähige Klimaanlage Mind. 15 min zu Fuß wenn man im Meer baden möchte, Strände massiv überfüllt. Zu einem guten Urlaub gehört guter Schlaf, dies ist leider auf Grund des schlechten Bettes nicht möglich. Matratze vom Doppelbett durchgelegen( beide treffen sich immer in der Kuhle in der Mitte) kein Lattenrost vorhanden, Sie schlafen auf Brettern. Es ärgert mich wirklich wenn man ein nicht ganz günstiges Ferienhaus mietet & dann am Bett massiv gespart wird.

Pros: l'adéquation du logement à la description qui en était faite l'amabilité de la propriétaire et son aide pour trouver la maison, choisir des restaurants etc ... la proximité des supermarchés, restaurants , plages etc .... et des sentiers de randonnée
