I had an exceptional stay at Ilum Experience Home and could not have asked for a better experience in Buenos Aires. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with fresh, delicious options and thoughtful service each morning. What really stood out, though, was how personal the experience felt. The staff remembered that I was celebrating my birthday and went out of their way to make me feel special. Those little touches made a big difference and turned a great stay into a truly memorable one. The team was also incredibly helpful with recommendations and assistance throughout my visit, whether it was suggestions for local things to do, places to eat, transportation, or simply helping me navigate the city. I always felt like they genuinely wanted me to have the best possible experience. As an LGBT traveler, I also felt completely comfortable, welcomed, and respected. The atmosphere was inclusive and friendly, which made the stay feel especially relaxing and enjoyable. Ilum Experience Home is the kind of place where the hospitality feels authentic rather than simply being part of the service. The combination of the beautiful property, excellent breakfast, attentive staff, personalized touches, and welcoming atmosphere made my stay truly exception

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fierro :) I was running the Buenos Aires Half Marathon and chose this hotel because it was close to the starting point... and I have absolutely no regrets. The staff members were super helpful and incredibly responsive. They recommended a fantastic tango show and arranged everything for us, making it a truly enjoyable evening. We also raised two minor issues with the room, and both were addressed promptly! Breakfast was AMAZING and definitely not your typical hotel buffet. They offer a preset menu that covers everything :) There is a general starter that everyone gets (bread, croissant, cookie, coffee juice, water, veggie shot, yogurt parfait) then there are about 6 or 7 other items and you can choose 1 ( 3 were veggie friendly....pancakes...fruit platter, chia pudding).... I tried a different combination every day. Breakfast runs from 7:30 to 3pm! The hotel also completely surprised me on my birthday! I have no idea how they knew, but I am certainly not complaining :) they brought out a cake and champagne, and even sang Happy Birthday to me at breakfast, which was such a sweet touch. Our only suggestion for improvement would be the Wi-Fi, as it was a bit spotty at times. However, since we both had data on our phones and weren't using laptops or doing anything that required heavy internet, we didn't raise it with the staff during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it!
