Rooms are spacious and clean. Water pressure is very strong. Bedding was multilayered which worked well for my husband and I since we prefer different temperature levels. The staff were friendly and informative. We also ordered room service and that was quick, competitively priced, and they went above and beyond to ensure my food allergy was avoided. The English to Spanish language barrier was no issue for us. Also you’ve got to check out the swim spa on the top floor and fitness center! 😍

This is a hotel that never disappoints me. It is not the first time that I stay there and I would return in a heart bit. Clean, great breakfast, and great location to walk at the rambla. Walking distance of the main Shopping drag in Montevideo and great restaurants all around.

Amazing stay
Our stay was amazing, the hotel has a lovely view, we were in the 8th floor, corner suite, super comfy bed and room, breakfast was great, we borrowed the bikes and had a lovely ride along the rambla. The hotel is not central but we walked to the main attractions (it’s a long way though, get a taxi if you’re not up to it) the are is filled with restaurants and shops, there’s a big shopping centre two blocks away. We llved the hotel and all but the best is their super friendly staff. Always there with a smile, all of them

Estimado, buenos días.Revisamos su reserva y pudimos identificar que:Su reserva estaba realizara para las fechas desde el 14 de febrero, ingresando 14 hrs. hasta el 15 de febrero con salida 11 hrs.Al ingresar en la noche del 13 de febrero, el hotel debe cobrar una noche adicional. Tuvimos la cortesía de aplicar la misma tarifa de su reserva anticipada y no aplicar tarifa de mostrador, que generalmente es un 50% mas elevada. Encontramos también, que se retiró del hotel temprano, sin quedarse a pasar la noche, teniendo reserva paga hasta el siguiente día.

No facial tissue (Kleenex) in bathrooms. Jacuzzi on top floor is very nice but water needs to be hotter. Difficult to find tv channels.

Very good location, right in front of the "rambla", with many restaurant options nearby and a mall very close to the hotel. The room was good and comfortable. Breaskfast was also good. They have scrambled eggs or omelets prepared to you if wanted.

I liked my room very much (view on the rambla and the Rio de la Plata) and the location of the hotel. There are many excellent restaurants, a shopping mall, and an excellent supermarket at a walking distance of the hotel.

Great hotel and location
This was a great hotel. Located right on the Rambla so it is easy to go out for a stroll. The hotel also has bicycles to lend. Plenty of restaurants around and one block away from a large mall and grocery store.

I liked everything and also the people. Only problem that I had was in the restaurant at night, they gave me a salad with dressing when I asked (because of my health) no dressing and to bring olive oil for me to dress the salad... well it came with the dressing and one of the guys was very rude. at the end they gave me a new salad.. but not in a nice way.

My sister and I stayed here for a couple of nights in late October and had an enjoyable stay. The hotel is located opposite the water, and is about an hour walk into the old town along the Rambla for most of it. The hotel does also have some bikes you can use for free for 2 hours which we took advantage of. It is very close to a shopping centre which has a large supermarket, and also several very nice restaurants (outside the shopping centre). The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff weren't super friendly but that may due to lack of confidence speaking English as they seemed to engage quite well with those that could speak Spanish. They tried their best with their English. The breakfast offered by the hotel was good with lots of options, including being able to order eggs the way you like them. We also ate at the onsite restaurant our first night and it was good. We did get the hotel to arrange airport transfers for us which were $45USD at the time, it seemed comparable to taxi prices that we had seen. We would likely stay here again if visiting Montevideo

Convenient location to bars, restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff and excellent buffet breakfast. Could use a little update of the rooms but for a short stay it was ok. Overall pretty good.
