"Property itself was excellent. We had a great time. This includes everything inside from the kitchen being well supplied to the tv entertainment to the comfortable king bed. Also included enough towels and also towels for the hot tub. The mattress in the bedroom with two beds was lumpy. The other mattresses were great. Property management I would say was another thing. The patio hadn’t been cleaned in a while. My girlfriend spent hours cleaning it. Also half of the responses seemed automated. This meant no early check in consideration. The bright spot for property management was that they refunded us 30% of the cleaning fee for the dirty patio and dirty furniture. Actually still waiting to see any refund. We are interested in returning to this vrbo. "
