Even after telling them I wanted my room cleaned every day when I checked in they didn’t have it done then told me I needed to come to the front desk every day to make sure we were on the list. Then even though there were two at the front desk they couldn’t bring me fresh towels I had to come get them and I was in a Camboot.

They seemed to be having a staffing issue when we were there. Check in and service at the bar were painfully slow. The staff was friendly despite this. Location is good as it’s close to many downtown attractions and restaurants.
