Casa Caprifoglio E is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Casa Caprifoglio E you will have a nice view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Caprifoglio E is 40 square metres (430 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared terrace, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from Città della Pieve, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 mile), a supermarket at 1.2 km (roughly 0.75 miles), the bus stop at 400 metres (1300 feet) and the closest beach (Castiglione del Lago beach) at 16.5 km (roughly 10.3 miles).

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 metres (26 feet) large by 16 metres (52 feet) long, from 1.20 metre (4 feet) to 1.80 metres (6 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool and has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. The swimming pool area is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 8 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Terrace
The terrace is 80 square metres (860 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the valley and of the greenery. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
Patio
The patio is 200 square metres (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by century-old trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and a swing. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square metres (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by century-old trees. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the garden you will enjoy a nice view of the greenery and of the swimming pool. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Fitness Room
At the complex you will find a fitness room equipped with an exercise bike, a cross trainer, a treadmill, a fitness bench and a rowing machine. You will be able to enter the fitness room from the garden through an external access.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room through an external access. In the wellness room you will find a sauna. The wellness room is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
Game Room
You will be able to enter the game room from the garden through an external access. Here you will be able to have fun with a football table and a game table.  Patio
The patio is 15 square metres (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will have a view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe and a telephone.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. This room has no door. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a large window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine.
