Purchase with breakfast included but somehow it only showing no breakfast on their record. When asked to contact the Expedia I was told to sort it out on my own when it’s very hard to contact these platforms. When I offer to purchase the breakfast, the staff offer me the price for one breakfast that’s actually for two days. I found out the next day by another staff and eventually upgraded correctly.

This is a respectable hotel in a great location. The rooms are a bit on the small side and the breakfast is so so. But we had multiple problems with our rooms. In the first room the TV didn’t work so they changed us to a different room. In the second room the phone didn’t work. On checkout we were charged about $40 for local calls. Who charges for local phone calls in 2026? This is a pure ripoff. I won’t be staying here again.
