"Perfect stay. Safe area. Huge beds. Easy access to the train station and multiple metro options. Only negative is the lack of in room amenities. As a 4star hotel I expect at least a vanity kit. "Well positioned for exploring Paris and great for budget-conscious travellers... but beware the stairs! I was on the 5th floor and those stairs are a killer after a day of exploring the city. Obviously there's not any way round this given the building's design, but anyone with mobility issues may want to think twice before booking here. Room was basic but fine, with a very small bathroom area (but still technically en suite!) and a TV - sadly no kettle and coffee/tea in the room, I believe refreshments were available from reception but given what an epic trip up and down stairs it is, I could live without it! Plenty of shops nearby to stock up on snacks and refreshments, including a well stocked Aldi 5 minutes walk away."

"Clean Rooms, really good area for food and drinks, felt really safe as well! The rooms and bathrooms look way bigger in the pictures, especially the bathrooms are a tight squeeze. Other than that everything was amazing. The staff is super kind and helpful. "

"Check in was terrible as there was no one at reception for 15 minutes, then gave me a BS excuse. The window could not close shut because the curtains were stuck behind them, so we could hear the outside noise until 5am. The lights in the hallway should be dimmed after 11 pm so people remain quiet. Bring your own air plugs and towels as they are not provided or offered. The buffer breakfast was in the entry hall and not as advertised based on the pictures."
