The only disappointment we had was realising that you had to pay to use the indoor pool (about £20pp per hour). I had not seen any mention of this when booking. "Adil was an absolute legend and helped us with everything the 5 days we were there, if we had any question we could always go to him or other staff, they all were super nice, I recommend this place a lot for couples or families, the pool and the bar area are straight out of a movie and the fact is out of the Medina it really gives peaceful oasis vibes"
