"Trogir was a great place to start our Croatian holiday. The Vila Liza was a great location opposite the old town and views looking out across the water. The warm welcome from Maritza at check in was much appreciated. The roof terrace breakfast was delicious. It is an easy walk from the bus station and only one flight of stairs to the rooms. "Property is gorgeous. Hostess very cordial at checkin but staff should pay more attention. staff should offer to take stored luggage and place in the proper place rather than telling guests at such a hotel to simply put their stored luggage in a closet themselves. And the young man who showed me to my room didn't explain anything other than this is your room when in fact the light switch operation was far from obvious. I'm being picky but it is a high end hotel. staff could use an upgrade in training. Otherwise, fantastic location. Great kitchen. Great food. I would return."
