On the first floor we have a standard double bedroom with two lockers with large drawers and shelves. There is also a terrace with a sea view. Air conditioning is in all rooms, including the kitchen. On the ground floor there is a TV with satellite connection. There is no subscription but it is possible to watch national channels.
The outside is very spacious, with a large terrace with a patio and wooden canopy. Under the canopy is the large table, seating 10, as well as a marble top with two sinks. On the terrace there is an outdoor seating area with cushions, as well as deck chairs. There is also an outdoor shower. The garden is very large and shows off its beauty with lemon, orange, pear, lotus and fig trees. Outside is the swimming pool, sufficient for a fun and refreshing stay. Accompanying all this is a capacious barbecue for dinners or lunches with roasted food.
The villa is located on a private road with no exit, so it is safe and not at all dangerous.
The nearest beach is less than 2000 metres from the villa. It is equipped and welcoming. Next to the beach are the most popular clubs and restaurants in the area.
