"Superb! This motel is fantastic. Not only was the room spotless, but so was the entire building. We were shocked to find that it’s been owned for 8 years and it still looks fresh and new! There clearly has been a lot of pride and effort gone into maintaining this property. Other “chain” motels/hotels could definitely learn a thing or two from this owner and his fantastic staff. "The apartment was very clean and updated. It was easy to find, & centrally located to everywhere we planned on visiting while in MN. The neighborhood was quiet and yet still close to restaurants and the highway. We had a little snafu with the door when we first arrived & the host was very quick to respond & come help us. Overall our stay was very pleasant & we would definitely stay here again!"

"10/10! Came into town for a volleyball tournament and the host was quick for communication and accommodations. Property was perfect for the three of us. Very Close to lots of food options & groceries. We are from Michigan and it happened to be very nice here and the outdoor pool at the neighboring building was phenomenal for some last min sun. If we ever make it back to Mankato this will be the FIRST property that I look for. You will not regret it! Thank you so much! "
