"Pool and hot tub were broke I paid $200 for one night without access to the pool or bar area that has pool table none of this was compensated either. I think they should have gave us a partial refund. We came for the pool and they didn’t have one or offer any type of discount or refund. Sad because I went 5 years ago and it was much better."

Had a very significant issue with a staff member, knowing they had my car key, and still I proceeded to break into my car and take Ubers and didn’t tell me that they had the car key or think to make the connection. Manager said that it was because the person from third didn’t put it on some group text, but it was still the fact that she literally watched me go in and out with an Uber, and break into my car, only to have had my car keys in her possession! I am due points or stays, but manager just made excuses"

"There is a smell when you first walk in. Upon check in we were told they are switching over the keycard locks and out room didn’t have a key. So the desk clerk would have to let us in. Breakfast was no good. We got there early and it looked like it was from previous days. Room was ok.. tv channels very limited. "
