"Stayed here for four nights in September. We have been coming down to Rehoboth for years, and always stayed at a competing hotel on the main street, but thought we would stay here, because it is right on the beach, and the price was more reasonable. Room was ok, nothing great, nothing terrible. Nice tv, large refrigerator. Did not have too much interaction with staff, other than check-in, because we opted for no housekeeping. However, housekeeping staff did knock on our door several times to see if we needed anything. Location was good, right on boardwalk, many restaurants within a quick walk. Parking was fine, although I can see when it's really busy, may be tight. Coffee in the check-in area, and in the room. Did not go into the indoor pool."

"PERFECT LOCATION!!! The apartment is very CLEAN, COZY and FRESH. Great location so close the the beach! For preparation, the listing does say "efficiency" so just be aware that means basic supplies are non-existing from what I've experienced with any other rentals I've had in the past. Ex: bring toilet paper, a 'welcome roll' is not even provided. Any household item you would normally use like paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and kitchen & bathroom trash bags you will need to bring with you. Thankfully I'm already an over packer. The listing doesn't say but you do get the details in your confirmation that you must also bring your own sheets, pillow cases for the "Murphy Bed" that needs to be put up and down every night/morning, bring bath towels, hand towels, linens etc. The apartment has the furniture and appliances you need in a very convenient location for a great price. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Liz!"
