"Wow! This beautiful home was a perfect fit for our extended family of 10 adults and 2 teens, (Plus 1 small pup)! We only wish that we had a few more days. We were all there for a family wedding that was just about 1 and 1/2 miles away.Communication and check-in were easy with John as a great host! We were greeted with a spacious, sparkling clean home including many inviting gathering spots. I loved the open floor plan and big windows bringing the outside in! The well stocked kitchen made it easy for lots of cooks to join in. Beds were comfy and water was hot. Then, there is the big, huge, deck! This is where we all spent most of our time! The sunny mornings warm it up and the fire pit in the evening is perfect for s'mores. We enjoyed having a wood fire, even though there is the option of a propane fire pit if you prefer. Loved the cozy circle of rocking chairs!!Some of us had time to enjoy the amazing pickleball court and Billiards room....what a set-up! Thank you, John"

"Outstanding in every way! Everything about our stay at this home was top notch. The property is stunning and spotless. There is such attention to detail at every turn - the decorating, the comfortable beds with quality linens, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some rental photos oversell properties - but if you are looking at the booking photos for this property it REALLY IS as lovely as it looks in the photos! Great location in Flagstaff - out of the city, but very convenient to run into town or to many local sites/parks. A quiet and peaceful property. Super nice Host made our stay pleasurable. We are looking forward to returning and exploring more that Flagstaff has to offer!"
