Staff was good. Room was okay, the fan in the bathroom did not work, pretty sure the fridge didn’t work, so definitely a good 3 stars not terrible at all but not the greatest either- oh the elevators work good but man they’re terrifying at time

voco The Clair Cincinnati Downtown by IHG
Tub was incredibly slippery, lightbulbs in lamp flickered and only got 2 towels in the bathroom. There also was no place to set your luggage. Having to utilize a room key for the elevators was also annoying.
