This Old house is like a cottage near Lunken Airport

Built in 1905. Has original hard wood floors. This house is unique in that a railroad is about 50 yards from the backyard. The kitchen is on the lower level of this old house which was once the front door back in the day. Come into the front door to the living room area. Then upstairs are 2 adjacent bedrooms. No Frills, Just a basic old style house.
Just 10 minutes to Downtown. Very close to the Ohio River. Within Walking distance to restaurants.
