The Reserve - Heart of OTR 2 Bed Suite w/Views.

The Reserve is a luxurious 1,200 sqft, 2-bed condo unit located in the heart of OTR with beautiful exposed brick features and views of Main Street.

You'll be a few steps away from iconic OTR establishments like Coffee Emporium, Pins Mechanical Co., Goodfella's pizza, Gomez tacos, Insomnia cookies, and directly above the famous Rhinehaus bar.

The space
The primary bedroom has a queen bed, 40" Roku TV, closet, and attached private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed with an attached full bathroom. There is a full kitchen with gas stove, large dining table area, computer desk, living room with a large 65" Roku TV and queen size pull out sofa, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building. There is 2 hour street parking along the street we're on, as well as overnight garage and surface lot parking within a block of the unit. There is no elevator in the building.

Great weekend

We were in town for Xavier basketball game. We wanted to be downtown and this was a great location. Close to all the hot spots in OTR. Dan was very communicative and enjoyed our stay.

Wine weekend

We stayed in Cinci to enjoy activities surrounding the international wine festival. It was great to have such comfy accommodations to relax in after the events.

Excellent!

This is a great property. It has a fun feel to it with hardwood floors in the living area and modern rooms and bathrooms. It is in walking distance to Vine Street for great restaurants and also Music Hall.

Two nights with kids. Restaurants, bars, ice cream and parking garage all very easily walkable. The unit is super clean. The neighborhood (OTR) is a ton of fun. Streetcar access is really easy too.

Family trip to Ohio

The property was a perfect location to enjoy everything Cincinnati! My triplets and I love the space. We all had room to relax and play games and cook big breakfast. The parking garage was close by but we parked the day we arrived and didn’t use it again until it was time to load up and go head out. The connector had a stop right out the door that took us everywhere we needed and wanted to be. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Fun downtown stay!

Beautifully decorated, clean and situated right downtown. Cons/ it’s up 3 flights of stairs and the neighborhood is very loud at night. They combated this with a sound machine in the bedroom which I appreciated. I loved the character of the place and the bed was very comfy. 5⭐️

The place had nice setting, ok overall. Did not expect to pay $20 for overnight parking at the suggested garage. Sheets were 100% polyester, no one like to sweat all night. Shower has mold, no extra towels.

Ideal location!

This apartment is in a great location. There are so many great restaurants and bars in the area that are all walkable. Most other things (zoo, aquarium) are about a 10 minute drive. If you’re parking your car at 3CDC, expect to pay $20/night so factor that cost in. The parking garage is very convenient and also has EV chargers. It’s city living so expect to hear all the noises from outside and from the apartment above. I think this place is ideal for 2 couples or a guys/girls weekend. Our bed was extremely comfortable. Our only complaint was the wifi connection was hit or miss. We had our little kids so after they went to bed, we weren’t able to watch tv to unwind. Our hosts were communicative the first day but not after that.

Spacious & convenient OTR location

Great hub for accessing assorted galleries, bars, restaurants, Arts Academy, etc. Unit is modern, comfortably furnished, and modestly appointed. This area is mid-gentrification, so be sure you are comfortable with an urban setting before booking, and note that there is not an elevator (unit is on the 3rd floor). I appreciated the white noise machines in the bedrooms, and quick guide for local places of note to visit. The recommended garage was close & easy to access, and there's a Kroger in the same building. I didn't have problems, but noise transfer through the floor from the above unit could be a dealbreaker for some. I very much appreciated that I wasn't asked to clean before I left!

What a fun couple nights in Cincy! The entry has a creepy back alley feel to, and theres the creaky stairway, all leading to an amazing property. Once inside the exposed brick adds so much character. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. Could ask for a better location as far as access to the Connector loop. 10/10 would stay here again!

Convenient Location

We were staying in town for an FC Cincinnati game and wanted a place close to a connector station. There are two very close which was great for getting to and from the game. Communication and check in instructions were quick and clear. The apartment is a great size and very nice. Very little outside noise and just a little bit of noise from the apartment above. Parking is close in the new Kroger pay lot and with the connector, you don’t need your car once you arrive. We unloaded then parked and enjoyed our time. If I ever need a nice place close to downtown and Over the Rhine, I’ll be back.

This home is lovely and the property manager was great.The only problem we had was the noise. It is above a sports bar and a wine bar the noise goes on until after 2am. It is very loud and no one was able to sleep at all. It would have been helpful to have this disclosed before we booked this location.

Great Apt

Everything was awesome. The location is prime. Nice neighborhood and great nightlife. The only thing was the trash bins right outside the building the smell. Unfortunately no control over that.Great welcome booklet to familiarize yourself with the area. Definitely would stay again!!!

Weekend Getaway

Husband and I had a 4 day weekend to visit Cincinnati for a couple days. Neither of us had visited Over-the-rhine before. This property looked to be in a prime location and we loved the urban vibe of the condo. This property delivered! It is a beautiful space and was in a prime location. We hope to stay here again in the fall.

My family and I had a very enjoyable stay. The neighborhood was walkable and full of great restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops. Our host had wonderful recommendations for local spots to eat. We attended a Reds game and the Cincinnati Zoo. Both were amazing experiences. The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the trash pickup right outside our window early each morning. That’s what comes with staying in the city. The location and comfort of the apartment far outweigh this minor inconvenience. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

This was a great space with plenty of room for two couples in the heart of the OTR district. The location was just a short Connector ride to the stuff we were doing including a Reds game and visiting Washington Park. Also just a short drive to other activities such as a show at Ludlow Garage and a fun time at Analog Fair. Highly recommended.
