  • The Reserve is a luxurious 1,200 sqft, 2-bed condo unit located in the heart of OTR with beautiful exposed brick features and views of Main Street.

    You'll be a few steps away from iconic OTR establishments like Coffee Emporium, Pins Mechanical Co., Goodfella's pizza, Gomez tacos, Insomnia cookies, and directly above the famous Rhinehaus bar.

    The space
    The primary bedroom has a queen bed, 40" Roku TV, closet, and attached private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed with an attached full bathroom. There is a full kitchen with gas stove, large dining table area, computer desk, living room with a large 65" Roku TV, and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

    Guest access
    The unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building. There is 2 hour street parking along the street we're on, as well as overnight garage and surface lot parking within a block of the unit. There is no lift in the building.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Close to the casino and an easy drive to the Riverbend music theater. Great for 3-4 adults. Would not recommend sleeping on the pullout couch or air mattress. Check out is simple, no elaborate cleanup required.

The unit itself was very nice and comfortable, but the area around it was not. It was difficult to find the almost unnoticeable green door that was the entry door, and after dark felt a little less than safe with several men lurking about and sleeping in recessed doorways. We had to park away from the property for a $20 charge. When we entered the building, the "lobby" as the host described it was no more than a messy back small hallway leading to an old wooden staircase and the back of a bar. There was no elevator so we had to climb up three arduous flights of stairs to reach the apartment. We wish we had been prepared for that. There was no ice in the freezer and no ice trays to be able to make some. The master bathroom was very small. It would not have been a place we'd have chosen if we had known all of the above. If you like old buildings and love to climb stairs and don't mind being over a loud bar, this might just the right place for you.

Everything was wonderful. The location was fantastic to walk around and visit restaurants and shops, and bars. The apartment itself was super cool and the layout was perfect for us. My only suggestion would be the toiletries were not completely stocked. No shampoo in either bathroom. Typically travel with it, but was really packing white so just a slight inconvenience but overall five stars the place was great!

Really lovely apartment right in the heart of things.

Very nice apartment, tastefully furnished, cosy and warm in the winter with great views. Comfortable beds and very pleasant bathrooms. There was coffee for us to use too!

Wonderful easy experience

I stayed here on multiple occasions, this time was for my anniversary, me and my partner spent a lot of time across the street at pins arcade bar and godfathers pizza. One of the best locations to be at if hanging out downtown

Great weekend

We were in town for Xavier basketball game. We wanted to be downtown and this was a great location. Close to all the hot spots in OTR. Dan was very communicative and enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment close to everything

Really cute 3rd floor walk up. 2 bedrooms beautiful space & views. We were able to walk everywhere from baseball park to Finley market. Tons of bars & restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.

Downtown Cinti Charm

Liked the location and the space. Really enjoyed being able to walk to Coffee Emporium and some other nearby restaurants especially on Elm Street. Nearby grocery is also convenient. Secure parking a block away.

Excellent!

This is a great property. It has a fun feel to it with hardwood floors in the living area and modern rooms and bathrooms. It is in walking distance to Vine Street for great restaurants and also Music Hall.
