Our home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests across four large bedrooms, making it ideal for friends and family.

All four spacious bedrooms are located on the second floor, each furnished with a dresser, side tables, and a closet.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Both full, modern bathrooms are located on the first floor. There are no bathrooms on the second floor where the bedrooms are located. Stairs are required to access all bedrooms and to travel from bedrooms to bathrooms - this may be a consideration for those with mobility concerns.

Marcy was a great host from the moment we booked. Great and responsive for all our questions. We were in town with a group of college friends for a book release party and there was plenty of space for everyone to park and sleep comfortably. Would absolutely stay here again for our next trip to Cincinnati. Very close to Kings Island and stores and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive.

Great family Thanksgiving home!

This was the perfect property for our family Thanksgiving meal. The table was large enough to seat everyone so we didn’t have to split up, and it was great for games after dinner. The host was very responsive and excellent to work with. We loved everything about our stay!

Beautiful and Convenient

Property was very clean and convenient to 71 but still quiet and very close to Kings Island. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Loved the charm of the old home.

Amazing Stay!

The house was beautiful, clean, and cozy. Lots of space, extra beds/pillows/linens. The bedrooms were very roomy. Everything you need or want and everything you didn’t know you needed or wanted were available in this home. Marcy responded within minutes if we had any questions. Would highly recommend staying here if you have a big or small group.

Kings Island Fun!!

Great stay very close to KI. Large rooms for kids and adults to game or watch movies. Ball diamond right across the street to practice in downtime. Nice showers, kitchen and large table so we can all sit together for meals. Best part is just a few minutes from KI for quick back and forth for little kid naps and breaks. We would stay again!! Only downside is narrow parking but not a game changer!

Perfect for the family

The house was great. Very clean and everything you need for a large group was provided. It worked well for us and the dogs. The bedrooms are all upstairs with no bathroom, for someone older it may be difficult, but for us it was fine.

The Cartridge House is fantastic in every way. It is large, clean, well-appointed. Great kitchen. Lots of TVs. The host responds immediately. For the size of house and number of beds it is a great value.

Work event in Mason, Ohio

The cartridge house in Mason, Ohio, had plenty of room for a work event. It was close to many locations, including Kings Island. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was fully supplied, and two full bathrooms were on the main floor. There is not a bathroom on the second floor. It was very clean, and the description is accurate.

An amazing property for a large group!

We had just the four of us, but we were so impressed by the amount of beds and how beautiful this home was! We loved the fenced in back yard and deck, Our family came over and there was plenty of parking and everyone said how beautiful the home was inside, We loved how the property was so convenient to everything around, an how easy it was for groceries to be delivered and local food places! The host was so kind to message us often to check on us and every question was easily and quickly answered.

Awesome home close to Kings Island!

We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting Kings Island with friends! It was so close you could come back quick if you needed a break from Kings Island for a bit. Which we actually did because during our day at Kings Island it poured so hard we were completely drenched and needed to change. The house was very cute and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Plus the owner Marcy was very nice and quick to respond if we needed anything and also just to check in on us making sure we were good and didn’t need anything. Will definitely stay again if in the area with a big group.

Perfect for us!

What a great place - beautiful, plenty of room, clean with modern updates, and the host was very responsive to communication. I had done a bunch of research of places to stay in the area, and Cartridge House was very affordable for the amount of sleeping accommodations we needed as well. We had 7 young adults (15-21) and 3 adults and the space in the house was perfect. We could all actually eat together at the dining room table lol! We stayed there on the last leg of our vacay and went to Kings Island for the day. How convenient it was!! A quick 6 min drive was amazing after a long, HOT day. There were plenty of food and gas options close by too. Parking could be tricky because you have to park on the street in front of the house, but it's a side street with little traffic and luckily we were able to get the last 2 spots available. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

Fantastic Stay at the Cartridge House

My family of four stayed here with two other families with kids for a weekend at the end of June. The location is perfect, only about a mile off the highway and close to shopping and other amenities. There is a baseball field right across the street; the kids could go out to play kickball. Our kids were playing in a tournament up at the Warren County Sports Park, and this house was only about 15 minutes away. The house was perfect - so clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee station was much appreciated. Both bathrooms had plenty of towels, soaps, and hair/body washes. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. All four bedrooms are upstairs and both bathrooms and the laundry room are downstairs on the other side of the kitchen. There's also a really nice deck off the back and the yard is fully fenced if you're bringing your dog. I also can't say enough about the owner, Marcy. She was so responsive and accommodating. She answered all our questions quickly and professionally. We were all very impressed with the house and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
