1 parking pass at Washington Park garage is complimentary with the stay! you'll get free parking the entire time (even during game days where parking is restricted) and it's only 1 block from the condo.

Main level has 2 bedroom, 1 full bath, living room, and kitchen.
New LG washer and dryers on the main level.
2nd floor has 1 King bed, 1 full bath with dual vanities, and your private rooftop deck!

Bedroom 1 on main level: Full Bed
Bedroom 2 on main level: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 on 2nd floor: King Bed

All access will be with electronic codes. Complimentary parking pass is provided at the Washington Park garage 1 block away. Metered street parking is free after 9pm and before 9am. On Sundays, it's free until 2pm.

Perfect Getaway

This place was exactly what we were looking for to stay in Cincy for the long weekend. It was super clean & nice. It was an awesome location to hit all of the best spots in the city (right across the street from Graeter’s) & not too far of a walk to the Bengals game. We loved the industrial look of the interior. It was the perfect getaway.

Awesome condo!

Very clean, well-stocked, in an awesome location. Great to have a parking pass and we walked to everywhere we wanted to go. Close to the streetcar, but we didn't use it. It was even walkable to the casino. And Yiwei was very responsive. We definitely hope to be back.

Apartment is comfortable and clean. Cool vibe with the brick walls but also had an underlying smell of mold that would could not figure out where it was coming from. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops in the immediate area. Apartment is in an area of the city that is within a few blocks of lots of homeless and crime. Just like any city you need to be on high alert and pay attention to your surroundings. Parking garage is a block away and easy in and out. Relatively quiet area at night. I would not recommend this for anyone who cannot easily walk up 3 flights of stairs. Had difficulty providing information to the owner because they kept asking for ID to be uploaded to VRBO inbox but that’s not permitted by VRBO. They also asked for the agreement that was signed days before they asked. Had to keep asking for clarification of where to send my ID photo. Sent it 3X before they got it and didn’t get final check in information until we were already driving from out of town. Frustrating communication.
