The layout of the house and backyard is perfect for families to gather and to separate when needed so you can have your own space.

House rules:
• No parties or events allowed.
• Maximum number of guests allowed on property or overnight is 12.
• No smoking or vaping of any kind or permitted inside the house or on the porch/deck. If smoke is detected there will be a $750 ozone smoke removal fee charged.
• We love pets, but no pets allowed. If you bring a pet there will be a charge of $750 per pet.

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay at this property and it was perfect for our last minute work trip to cincinnati! The host was very responsive and the property was clean and as described. Would definitely stay here again!

Really Nice Place

The place was clean. It seemed to be recently renovated and done very well. There are a lot of beds (as described), and each one we used was comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided. The kitchen had a good amount of utensils. The coffee bar and snacks were so thoughtful. The place was as described. Our host was super prompt with communicating. We would definitely stay here again. The kids loved it!
