Recently renovated w/ top-of-the-line finishes just steps from downtown Mason and 7 minutes to Kings Island!

Tons of room for family fun w/ kitchen that seats 13; large game room w/ ping-pong, air hockey, pop-a-shot basketball, giant Connect 4, and more!

Play a game of badminton in the large backyard; make s'mores by the fire pit under the cafe lights, or hop on one of the bikes to ride to the local shops and eateries!

Relax in the sauna; get cozy by the rustic fireplace or watch a movie in the lower level theater area w/ surround sound. The front porch is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and great conversation with family and friends.

Good space for family and friends to gather for our daughters wedding weekend. Convenient to stores and food. Enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard to relax after all the festivities. Did have to purchase some extra toilet tissue and firewood due to low supply at the house. Overall it worked for our needs.

My family really enjoyed this house. We hosted a baby shower here and the bee/honey theme fit perfectly. A very modern and aesthetically pleasing place! It was also nice that there is a high-chair, baby gate, and pack and play available.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The Cozy Bee truly had everything we could ask for while in a very nice, quiet, and pleasant community. My family is extended across the tri-state area and this home was perfectly placed for all to gather and visit for a family holiday celebration. The home is very open and has amazing spaces. Perfect Home for Weekend Stay

Perfect home for our crew

BFF and teen kids annual winter weekend get-a-way and this home was everything we needed. Comfortable beds for everyone, basketball, ping pong, air hockey, bikes, and great table for board games and meals. The house is amazing and pictures don’t show how comfortable it is. Perfect for everyone

We were a family of 7 visiting for the holidays. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The kids spent hours in the game room which was wonderful for the cold, rainy days. We used the fire pit one night to make smores and that was also a hit. Popcorn and movie night was perfect in the theatre room. We did a lot of cooking and having that huge kitchen and dining table was wonderful. Great location, close to everything we needed or wanted to do.

Bachelorette Party

I hosted my sister’s bachelorette party for the weekend, and this was the perfect place for 7 girls to stay, especially with 3 showers. The kitchen and dining area was perfect to fit everyone for meals that we ate at the house, and we loved having the games in the garage and fire pit for a more laidback evening while people were arriving. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

We were in the area for our son’s wedding. This beautiful house served as our base for immediate and some extended family. The home is exactly as described. Had a wonderful week in Cincinnati with the family. I have family that lives in the area so we were able to get together with them. The house was awesome. It had everything we needed. The children had a wonderful time with the game room. One thing to note if you’re planning on going to Cinti in July. It is HUMID!!!

We used this beautiful home as our base for the Western & Southern tennis tournament and it was only 8 minutes from that venue! We had a group of family and friends stay together here while attending a conference in Cincinnati. The home was just as pictured, or even better! Lots to do and plenty of space! The decor was creative and contemporary. Quiet side street was well located. We made good use of the grill, the fire pit, the game room, the bikes, the movie room, and the enormous kitchen/dining area. We would happily come back again… and are already thinking about the next opportunity.
