Perfect craftsman for a family home away from home

The house was wonderfully and thoughtfully appointed. Our hosts were proactive and quick with correspondence. The location was perfect for walking to Ault Park and both Mt Lookout or Hyde Park Square.

The home is beautiful. The neighborhood is beautiful. The neighbors were super friendly. The shops are cute and fairly close. The hosts were easy to get ahold of and super sweet! Very welcoming overall. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We had a great stay!!

We were traveling with our 2 children, 6 and 2 years old. The house is extremely charming and we found it to have everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable as a family. From the pack n’ play, to the high chair to the humidifiers - we continued to be pleasantly surprised whenever we had a family need and found something in the house to fill it. It was a pleasure to meet Pippin as we were leaving. He is a very kind and attentive host!

Great Easter Weekend of Baseball

For the first time being away from home on Easter, we came in to town to watch our son who plays baseball at Xavier against Bowling Green over Easter weekend. Pippin and Jenni’s House was a terrific place to spend our Easter. We had my son and his teammate over for Easter brunch. Are very quiet street/neighborhood, and extremely convenient to Hyde Park, as well as Xavier University. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place! We will absolutely stay there again.

Well-stocked, lovey home in a great location!

Loved our stay in Pippin & Jenny's home! No need to bring your own shampoo, soap, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper, etc. - the house was well-stocked upon arrival. The house was immaculate and so charming. It's in a great location too, close to Xavier University, the University of Cincinnati, local shopping, and even downtown Cincinnati is close by. Also, worth mentioning is the fact that we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house late one evening. Pippin was there within 15 min of my text to him to personally let us in. Incredible home and hosts here!

Location is great! A little tough with the drive way situation but was most likely only an issue because we stayed for three months and have family in town so hard to have any visitors with cars. Otherwise, Pippin was extremely responsive and the home worked out well for our family of 4 while we looked to buy in the area. The neighbors are very nice and the street was quiet. We loved the walkability to the square!

Cute house in great location

Great house in a cute neighborhood close to great shops and restaurants. Stayed for 2 nights with family including 2 teens for college visits in the area. House was very clean and well equipped. Would recommend for a trip to the Cincinnati area. Great location!

Great house, property manager very communicative and helpful. Enjoyed the location. Parking was tricky but she was very open about this when booking, we only had one car do not an issue. Nicely decorated, would stay here again on future trip!

Perfectly Positioned

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was so tastefully decorated and felt light and airy. Everything we might need during our stay seemed to have been considered. The neighborhood is charming and perfectly positioned to enjoy a short walk or drive to Hyde park and Mount Lookout Squares.

The Cutest Little House!

Adorable, clean, safe, comfortable and the perfect place to stay for 6 days! This home is an ideal little 'cottage' tucked away on a quiet street in one of the best neighborhood's in Cincinnati. The kitchen was perfect, the beds comfortable! My favorite place was the living room - so cozy! Thank you Pippin and family!

Great space for our family

The house is beautifully updated but it retains all of its original charm! The spaces were comfortable for our family, incl teenage children. The location was on a quiet street and close walking distance to Mt Lookout square, plus a short drive to anywhere else you might want to go in Cincinnati.
