Nice quite neighborhood

Stayed from Monday night until Thursday morning. The neighborhood seemed quiet. The house was clean. The paint was fresh. Kitchen only set up for 4 people to eat at. The bunk beds were noisy every time some on moved in it. All the other beds were comfortable. If I was to be in the area again I would use this place. The property manager was quick to respond. Was 45 min from the Ark Encounter and about 10 min from the aquarium.

It met our requirements

We were on a trip with our Sunday school kids, the property provided enough rooms so we didn't have to worry about having enough privacy for both the guys and the gals. The decorations and cosmetics of the house are new, but the plumbing and some of the electrical outlets need some upgrades. Overall, it met our requirements for this visit.
