Welcome to our charming home in Hyde Park! As experienced Premier hosts for over 10 years, we take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and relaxing space. Enjoy an updated kitchen and master bath, a cozy front porch and a spacious back deck surrounded by lush, seasonal landscaping and a peaceful fountain. Located on a quiet tree lined street in a residential neighborhood, you'll enjoy excellent outdoor lighting, a true sense of community and the charm of local living-far from typical rental areas.Hyde Park has beautiful parks, and tree lined streets. Our home is a 5-10 minute walk to Hyde Park, and Mt. Lookout Squares. 10 minute drive to downtown and stadium also a 10 minute drive to Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Our home offers the convenience and comfort you are looking for-we would love to host you.

Fully equipped kitchen and free laundry facility. Two bathrooms with plenty of towels, hairdryers, toiletries, and a make up mirror. Safety grab bars in both shower/bath ares. This was a wonderful property. It's an old home in an absolutely great neighborhood that has been redone. Hosts are wonderful and very communicative. Will stay again if visiting this area.

Our family was in town for a family wedding and this house was a perfect location near downtown. Safe, quiet neighborhood. House was plenty spacious for us with cute outside back deck. We were able to park our 2 vehicles in front of the home. The owner Barb was very responsive to my questions.

A lovely home and neighborhood, and everything provided to ensure a comfortable stay. Especially enjoyed sitting on the beautifully landscaped patio and using the gas grill. We had a truly fantastic experience. Outstanding location - Hyde Park neighborhood is a gem. Beautiful house with everything you need. Drinks on the front porch and dinner on the back deck - perfect! My family and I are so happy we stayed here.

My wife, myself and our 21 year old son were in town along with my parents and mother in law to visit my oldest son in Cincinnati. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and we didn’t even use the family room/bar area in the basement. The outdoor spaces were very nice. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend renting this house when you are in town.

This rental was perfect for our girlfriend get together. The space was the right size for our group of six. Everything was very clean and it was nicely decorated. Special care seemed to be given to the amenities. The location was a short walk to restaurants for dinner and drinks. Highly recommend.

Clean, in a nice neighborhood and had lots of little extras that made us feel welcome! Outdoor patio was lovely and the plants were beautiful. Spent a lot of time out back on the evenings. We stayed at this property while visiting our daughter who attends Xavier University. The location is excellent in that it is minutes away from dining, grocery stores, and Xavier University. The owners were very easy to work with and the property is as listed. We enjoyed the homey atmosphere and felt very comfortable in the home. The home was clean, well stocked with everything needed for cooking, and even a well stocked bar in the basement. Will stay here again in the future.

Our experience here was fantastic. The house was exactly as described - very comfortable for the five of us who were visiting from out-of-town for our niece’s wedding in Cincinnati. The location was so convenient - in a nice, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to Mount Lookout Square or a bit longer walk/quick drive to Hyde Park Square, with great shops and restaurants/cafes. House was a great home base during wedding activities. Hosts set us up with everything we needed and provided coffee, snacks, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and living room, and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommended!
