Remodeled home in the Cincinnati area, just minutes away from historic O'Bryonville, Hyde Park, Oakley, and Walnut Hills. Our home features four bedrooms, two full baths, free laundry and free parking. Whether you are coming in town for work or a fun event such as Cincinnati Reds / Bengals, Kings Island, Western and Southern Tennis Tournament, this home is super comfortable and waiting for you to book!

This is a four bedroom home with two full baths, plus an extra office / sitting space if you need to get some work done while visiting. You also have access to free parking, both in the driveway and on the street.

Upon walking in the home you are greeted by our living room area with a Smart TV, plus the view of the dining room with room for (6) to eat comfortably. Our cozy kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, plus a Keurig with plenty of coffee. Down the hallway you will find the full bathroom with walk-in shower, plus a queen bedroom with a Smart TV.

Upstairs (two small flights) you'll discover the dedicated office space and sitting area to your right. To your left is a full bathroom with shower/tub combination, plus a queen bedroom, a double bedroom (with Smart TV), and a king bedroom (with a Smart TV).

There is a washer and dryer in the basement, but we are still working on renovations and hope to have them up and running shortly!

We have a driveway that will fit about three cars. Street parking is free. Uber and Lyft are available!

You can reach us through Airbnb or through our contact phone number while staying at our property.

This is an older neighborhood in Cincinnati called Evanston. We are just a short drive to O'Bryonville, Hyde Park, Oakley, and Walnut Hills. Downtown Cincinnati is just ten minutes away from this home.

Uber and Lyft are prevalent, but we still recommend using your own car.

This home is super close to I-71, making it easy access to downtown Cincinnati.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home

Xavier family weekend

This property was clean, well maintained and in a great location for attending Xavier family weekend and visiting my daughter who is a Xavier Musketeer in her junior year. The host fee was a bit steep but not a hidden fee…you make your choices and decide whether it’s worth it. In this case it most definitely was. My only wish was for a patio, picnic table and grill in the backyard. It’s a great backyard and would be a perfect place to hang out and have a bbq but we made it work with a portable grill in the front yard. Great stay and great weekend and an ideal home to get the family together. Add Dana’s to the list of things to do. Required bar stop for a Xavier weekend. #Hershel.

Modern, Spacious, and Convenient

My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very conveniently located for all of our exploring (into Kentucky, Indiana, and Cincinnati itself). The house was clean, recently renovated, and spacious enough for a family with lots of teenagers! The host was also very quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.
