Great house to stay in. My kids loved staying here and the views where very beautiful from the balconies. We dont wear shoes indoors so the floors could use a bit more cleaning but overall a very nice and tidy and comfortable place to stay.

Very nicely appointed with responsive host.

Roomy, nicely decorated, comfy beds, and nice little touches. Appreciated the prompt responsiveness of the host. Only downfall is a close by train track. Even so, this place was perfect for our girls’ weekend.

The house has plenty of room, comfortable beds, and a breezy deck. There is a train, but honestly it did not wake us, and my 5 year old loved when it came by! Brad was responsive and left perks like snacks and K-cups for coffee. We would stay again! Also, a great location!

Fantastic house in convenient location

This property is beautifully styled, but more than that, it is comfortable with wonderful beds and bedding, large spaces to relax and talk, a large dining table and nice kitchen, and a great patio. The house was super clean and comfortable! The parking pad was a bit tricky to find when we arrived but once we found it we were great. There was also street parking (those front steps are a trek!) but we used the back door. Up and coming area and felt very safe and the deck was great! Overall it was a great place to stay!

Beautiful home!

My husband and I visited the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, and Answers Academy for training. Although the property isn’t necessarily close to any of these places, the home provided us with ample room, a quiet neighborhood, and a comfortable place to stay. The host was exceptional in communication both before and during our stay. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting this area.

Nice home!

The interior was as shown online. Great amenities. We were able to get from the property to Cincinnati quite easily. Great local restaurants too. The only down side was I thought I’d have a better view of the water, but even with just a “peekaboo” view the outdoor space was nice. Parking was tight but at least it was dedicated parking. Overall a wonderful property.

Our group consisted of 5 adults my daughter, son-in-law, son, grandson and myself. The house was perfect for all of us 2 1/2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. Amazing time!

The house was beautifully renovated. It was super clean and located near everything. The owner provides so many necessities that most rentals do not. We felt right at home. The only reason for 4 stars at the location is because the listing didn’t mention the train basically in the back yard that passed all through the night. But overall we would absolutely recommend and return!

Very clean and roomy

The property is easy to find and it's an easy drive to the highway from the house. It was very clean and there is a lot of room to spread out of you have multiple people with you. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We did hear the train a few times, but usually slept through it. If you're a light sleeper you'll want to stay in the master bedroom instead of the ones near the back of the house. Overall it was a great stay and we're likely to book again.

Son's Birthday Trip

My son has Autism and loves fish. So we took a trip to Newport and hates being in the car for long. So I booked this house. The whole family love it. We had some trouble with the code one day but we just contacted the host and he got it fixed really fast. We are talking about coming back soon.

Family Christmas

We booked this house to have a larger space for family to celebrate the holidays together. We wanted just a cozier feeling than a hotel and we definitely got it. We felt at home but also felt the luxurious details the host has. White noise machines in the bedrooms, soft linen bedding and generously provided coffee and snacks upon our arrival. We had a hitch in the lock day one, but we heard from the host within minutes. The neighborhood is quiet, despite the daily trains going through. But it is minutes from everything in the greater Cincinnati area. We felt at home and well taken care of. We will definitely stay again!Cincinnati.

Annual girls’ trip success!

Five girl pals, from Ohio, West Virginia and Indiana, met centrally in the Cincinnati area to well, be girls! Although we’re in our 50s we are very active! We attended a concert, shopped, ate out and walked the quaint downtown area of Dayton KY and the levy protecting the older neighborhood from the mighty Ohio River. House was beautifully decorated, clean and full of everything we needed to just chill out. Definitely not a place for someone with disabilities as there are stairs everywhere. If we decide to converge on Cincy as a group again or if anyone else is considering it, I’d gladly use this house as my home base.
