We had a fabulous experience at Hotel Covington. We used the app to obtain our key on my phone. Check in and out was seamless. We enjoyed a lovely cocktail in the bar. The lobby is just stunning. And breakfast in the morning was delicious. Such a beautiful and classy place. Loved it!

Very unique hotel. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Bar and restaurant on site and well as many dining options outside the hotel. Parking fee was unnecessary but is my only negative comment about the place.

The hotel is a great spot in a city that is coming to life all around. Great staff and service. Rooms were comfortable and access was easy. The self park in the city lot was a little clunky by having to pay every entry and exit. Otherwise, great stay!

Hotel Covington is way above our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, stylish and elegant. The room is brand new and very spacious- equipped with a nice coffee machine, microwave and full sizes fridge. The towels are plush and soft. The bedding are luxurious and comfortable. It is safe and quiet. Self parking garage is next door for $12 per night. Would definitely stay here if we are ever back to Cincy. All staff are friendly helpful and pleasant. Five stars all the way

It was a really nice property but the door was so thin we could hear everything in the hallway. The shower door leaked on the side and underneath. Tv also has minimal options and no streaming services. We requested a late checkout and were told we would be charged half a nights stay to do so- never had that response before from any hotel. It was a great room and hotel otherwise but just a few things to keep in mind for staying here.
