"I have stayed two times for quite a while at this hotel and they always amaze with the speed of their service. I never called for anything that didn’t show up immediately!!! The rooms are big and roomy, bedding always clean and crispy. All facilities, fitness room, sauna, massages are incredibly well maintained. Very close to hill town mall which is extra plus plus. "Room was cramped and not the cleanest. Carpet in the room had dirty spots and the corridor and room had heavy chemical fragrances (used in cleaning and to mask odors). The neighborhood also is a bit grimy although still felt pretty safe. It’s a good hotel for a one night stay especially if you are transiting through the nearby Sogutlucesme station which is a main high speed rail station. "
