"Our stay at Y Cartws was lovely and relaxing, very cosy cottage. Was amazing to walk the ground and interact with the goats and horses. The nearby river was very relaxing to listen to, especially in the hot tub at night. Hot tub is at a set temperature which cannot be adjusted. Amenities were great, kitchen is well stocked with utensils and had delicious home made brownies waiting for us. Property was mostly clean but there was some negatives, bathroom was either mouldy or mould stained....

"The breakfast was amazing. Select your choice the night before with your selected time - worked great for us. Staff were great. The room was also good. Great experience all round for us as we attended a festival locally. Brilliant three night stay . "

"The property was very well presented and cleanliness was of an excellent standard. We we're made very welcome and one issue with the TV was dealt with promptly.The Coach House has been appointed and maintained to a very high stanard and designed to make visitors stay as pleasant as possible. Located in a very peaceful part of the countryside away from main roads it is ideally situatated for all local places of interest as stated in the very comprehensive visitor information file. Would definitely recommend."

"Kitchen was stocked with bread, butter, milk and jam, which was lovely but there was NO tea or coffee. However, given how dirty some of the mugs were, that probably wasn't a bad thing. There were also dirty trays left in the oven and drawer. Rest of cottage was clean thankfully. However, frustrating as limited power points, and no shaver socket in bathroom for toothbrush. Bedroom door handle/latch was very stiff and hard to open. Shower temperature dial was also VERY stiff. It was stuck on boiling hot for ages and took two hands and a lot of effort to turn to a cooler temperature (and I'm young and fit!). No lights in car park: making it difficult when days are so short. I was very glad to leave!"

"Overall a great property for a family getaway. 5 mins drive from Cardigan and lots of lovely beaches nearby all within 30 minutes of the house. Hot tub was great and so were the hosts."

"We had a lovely stay in the cottage. It had everything we needed. Only a 13 minute drive to Poppit sands beach where the Welsh Surf Lifesaving championships were being held. Lovely views. Would definitely stay again! "
