too bad the swimming pool / water park is not the same as the picture, even thou we already call before book they said its hotel property but different place and have to pay. the breakfast not enough for all the guests, 8.30AM almost gone. Beside that everything ok

The staff is very friendly and helpfull! My room was not so great, outdated and not clean. And I really disliked the very loud call for prayer at 04:00 AM. Thats in the middle of the night, take it easy with the sounds and let the rest of sleep allright.

호텔닷컴으로 예약하니 본 건물에 방이 없다하고 합숙소 같은 방을 줌. 모기때문에 난리가 나니 본 건물 방을 줌. 마지막 날 조식을 먹고 식중독 증세로 귀국 죽는 줄 알았음

Good but a little far away from city center

The front desk is really helpful. To go anywhere in the hotel by golf car is free. However, it's a little bit far from the city center. Unless you drive by yourself. Otherwise, it will be a little inconvenient to reach the hotel.

Nice and Peaceful Hotel

The stay in the hotel was very comfortable. Very well made, lush green. It was like living very close to nature. Very well maintained swimming pool. However, since there is no entertainment in Cilegon the hotel should add some additional facilities like snooker table etc. The food quality at Saphhire Restaurent was good. The service was also very good.

Ruhige Oase

Ein ruhiges Hotel in großer und sicherer Anlage. Überwiegend von Geschäftsleuten genutzt, da Cilegon kein typischer Touristen-Ort ist. Nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Frühstücksbüffet auf Einheimische zugeschnitten, aber gut.
