Clean room. But definitely outdated. Not what I expected for St Regis standards. Sockets fell out of the wall, safe in room wasn’t working, fixtures were installed slanted and there wasn’t much attention to detail. I left feeling wanting more. Best thing about staying here was definitely the bar. Visited on all nights we stayed here. Amazing live music. However, Toilets at the bar were in a horrible state by the end of the night and you could tell it wasn’t cleaned all night. Good variety of food at breakfast but overcrowded. Felt less like a luxury hotel and more like a business hotel.

Everything and everyone at the hotel was 5 stars all the way. I was incredibly impressed and beyond satisfied with the hotel, its amenities and how well we were treated. I celebrated my 60th birthday while staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Jakarta and cannot express enough my gratitude to how wonderful made me feel. Thank you.

"It's quite a nice hotel and was an ideal location for me, but the room was a bit dirtier than I was expecting and I did have some issues with air conditioning that made for some longer night. Overall however, for the price I would still recommend this hotel."
