Merlote, holiday house with private pool

La Merlote is a brand new spacious holiday home for 8 people, less than a 15-minute drive from beautiful Cahors. It is located near charming French villages and beautiful towns. The holiday home is located on a large site with many trees and has a private swimming pool. You will always find a spot in the sun or the shade.

Inside
The modern living room with open kitchen is light and spacious and has sliding doors to the terrace and swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a bed of 160x200 and one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with rain shower and sink. The other bedrooms share a bathroom with rain shower and double sink. Three bedrooms have sliding doors to the terrace. The fourth bedroom is located at the back of the house and has 2 single beds. The whole house is air-conditioned.

Outside
There are sun loungers around the lovely private swimming pool and you can cover the pool in the evening so that the water stays nice and warm. On the terrace there is a dining table with chairs and in the garden you can enjoy the picnic table under the trees or relax on a bench on the side of the large garden. You can enter the site through the entrance gate and park your car at the front of the house. The garden is completely fenced.

Environment
Less than 5 minutes from La Merlote you can go to the bakery in Cieurac for delicious fresh baguettes and croissants. The central location of La Merlote is ideal for day trips, walking to the Cazelle de Nouel and the Source d'eau or the Lac de Fraysse. Nearby (10 minutes' drive) is also a karting track, a padel and squash court and a beautiful chateau. In short, a beautiful area where you can be active, relax and enjoy nature and the beautiful villages and towns in the area.
