Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

This is the most horrible experience ever. It took over 1 hour for hotel check-in process, they wanted us to stay in a smaller villa than the one booked. The A/C was broken, they where unable to fix it. The hotel is old and in very bad shape, beds are terrible. The hotel staff kept staring inside my villa and it annoying, I had to tell them to stop doing it and had to closed the shades in my pool front villa.
