Unfriiendly reception When I check in and the room wasn’t clean… hair everywhere in the room( in the bed,chair,towel). The towels are dirty and the sofa is dirty but although it has been replaced with another sofa it is still dirty and the manager is very kind and professional apologizes to us. Breakfast there is a requirement to wear shoes, you should not wear sandals, but many people wear sandals. They make rules but they are not obeyed. And the breakfast is not good either.

Diva at the front desk was superb. She fixed our train travel problem, helped with a hotel booking, guided us through a payment process, and sent milk up to the room. She is a credit to the Grand Hyatt Jakarta.

While the Grand Hyatt staff is excellent, the location is super central and the food and beverage service at breakfast as well as in the Grand Club lounge is excellent, the fact remains that this is a very noisy hotel. On the one hand, the doors are not sound insulated and one can hear every conversation ...
