Welcome to our charming wooden house in Churwalden – quietly located yet easily accessible, the perfect retreat for families and active holidaymakers.



Lovingly furnished, the holiday home accommodates up to 8 guests and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in the Grisons mountains. It features 5 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, coffee machine, raclette set, and both classic and chinoise fondue sets – perfect for cozy evenings with family or friends.



The Churwalden mountain lifts, with direct access to the Lenzerheide–Arosa ski, hiking, and biking area, can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, or in just 5 minutes by bike during summer.



One parking space is available directly at the house. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public parking areas in the village.



Final cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the rental price.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Im Haus hat es ein paar Gesellschaftspiele und auch Stifte zum zeichnen. Leider ist die Wiese ums Haus sehr steil, die Kinder hatten keine Möglichkeit zum draussen spielen. Dafür ist die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön und es war immer wieder ein Eichhörnchen unterwegs in der Umgebung.

Die Einrichtung, heimelig. War alles da, was gebraucht wird und die Hütte ist gut isoliert. Die 24Std.Tage auf 48Std. erhöhen, denn die Zeit ist im Nu vorbei gegangen. Wo ist diese geblieben?
