I had problems for checking in as the main office did not send the Expedia reservation on time. Also I find disgusting to wait 10 mins for checking out for staff to check the room before my departure, not the class of service I have received in other Eurobuilding Hotels within Venezuela.

Todo bien en el apartamento. El ascensor del edificio no está en buenas condiciones solo lo usamos para subir cuando llegamos pero nos dio temor volver a subirnos y tuvimos que usar las escaleras por el resto de la estadía
