"This is a great hotel with great location and nice staff. Pool Is small but very nice and spa like. I would come back for sure. My only complaint is the air did not work and it was very unusually hot. They did bring a fan which helped a little."

"Called ahead to check the A/C didn't pump out synthetic scent as it stops my breathing. Told no problem. Check in find A/C pumps out scent. I turn off A/C. Temperature outside is 35°+. Given fans but as windows cannot be opened to exchange air in the cool of night I had to sleep on the floor like ..."

"So easy Check in was very smooth and quick. The room wasn't very clean and it was a home away from home. My husband and I had a lovely break in Bath and we would recommend this apartment to everyone we know. We had a problem with the blind but told the head office and it was fixed there and then"
